Megan turned 16 a couple of months ago. We now have a daughter who is both driving and dating. I can hardly believe it!

Aren't they cute? She has a real great group of friends who have been going on lots of fun, casual dates.
Another big December event was that Megan decided to cut her hair. Short.
With her beautiful long, curly, blonde hair, we were a little nervous, but she was determined.
Huge difference! She has such a cute, sassy personality that she can pull it off.
She donated her hair to locks of love and even got a certificate of appreciation.
In other good news, Hunter received his life scout award.
The rest of December was just full of getting ready for Christmas. It was a wonderful Christmas and a difficult Christmas, because of the recent death in our extended family.

Megan is absolutely gorgeous, Melissa. Those eyes! Oy! and she has a STUNNING smile.
Does Jesse have a shot gun? I mean...it could be just for show...but seriously...you are going to have to drive the boys away. Tell Jesse to get a fake shotgun and practice running out on the lawn and yelling, "GET OFF MY LAND!!"
I am sorry that I am late to comment...we have been camping for spring break. It was quite the experience. I called it Spring Break (my back).
Megan has the light of the Gospel in her eyes. She looks like she is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. :)
I think Megan's hair is darling. I wish I was brave enough to try something like that...I have dreams to do it someday.
And I'm glad to hear your family is well...we think of you often!
