FALL-licious

It is SO fun seeing my children enjoying the same things I did when I was a kid just a few short years ago.

Step 1: Rake the leaves

Step 2: Jump in the leaves.

Step 3: Hide in the leaves.

WHERE did he go????

Step 5: Jump out and scare your brother.

I conveniently eliminated step 6 which is the bagging of the leaves.

HAVE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Dave usually scares the kids every year (that is a lot of leaves to cover him!)
leaves are fun the first time, but then you remember the bagging part and you start to curse the trees!!

Those pictures really say it all about leaves. We still have tons in our backyard that need to be bagged. Where is the Rake up Boise team when u need them?

I thought step #6 was REPEAT! :P

Isn't it so true that it is those simple, free things that the kids really love? Cute pics of the kiddos:0)

I miss lots of fallen leaves like that. We have a few trees around here that lose their leaves, but nothing like what we grew up with. I LOVE the trees in your backyard. The colors are beautiful. I love Cali, but I do miss the true Fall season.

Happy Thanksgiving. Fall must be enjoyed as it is getting more wintery every day. I want to invite you to my blog but right now it is even blocking me out so I can't get in. LOL When i get it fixed you'll know.

Your trees make for a gorgeous background! We don't have any trees in our yard that produce such lovely ones. We borrow the neighbor's leaves and jump in them. You know you're desperate for dried, dead things when!

WOW, beautiful fall colors in Boise. I heard that Boise had a beautiful fall this year. Such cute kids and fun memories!

Scott blows the leaves into the street and then lets the neighborhood kids ride their bikes through them...it reduces the amount of space that they take up in our yard debris bin considerably. You have a gorgeous backyard!

At least you have tree leaves to rake. The only tree leaves in our backyard have blown over from the trees in our neighbor's yard. Hopefully next year we will be able to plant some trees.
